As a professional therapist and Life Coach, my role is to guide you as you take steps towards positive life changes and healing.
Together we’ll work to uncover and better understand the life challenges and day-to-day stressors that detract from your life and focus. I will help you begin to identify and practice things that will make you stronger.
Maybe it’s anxiety, a relationship problem, or emotional pain from long ago. Maybe it’s something that “just doesn’t feel right”, or perhaps you just need extra support for a major life decision or situation. I’m here to listen and to help provide the confidence and guidance you need to change negative thoughts and behavior patterns and begin taking steps in the right direction.
I strive to create a safe and relaxed atmosphere so that each person can process their own struggles in their own ways and take that first step to improve their life. It is my job to walk with you as you empower yourself to grow, heal, improve relationships and overcome challenges.
