About
Jill Mysonhimer, MSW, LISW-S
As a therapist, I strive to help people make new discoveries about themselves and what helps them overcome the obstacles they face. My clients trust me to guide them on their journey to achieve the goals they set for themselves.
As someone who understands the transformative power of therapy, I’m passionate about learning, listening, and bringing balance and wellness to the lives of my clients. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life. If you or someone you love is going through a difficult time, please contact me to setup a consultation.
A little about me:
I received my Masters of Social Work from the University of Cincinnati in 1998. My back ground includes working with domestic violence survivors, working with adolescents with mental health and behavior issues and Children's Services work investigating and providing ongoing assistance to children and families that have suffered abuse and neglect.
I also ran my own Equestrian Business for 10 years, teaching children and adults to ride and care for horses. Horses are one my passions and I fully enjoy sharing my love of horses to others.
For the past 10 years I have been providing counseling to individuals, couples and groups working through mental health issues, life issues and drug and alcohol issues.

I started my Private Practice in May 2016. One of my greatest joy's of being in private practice is the ability to schedule my clients around their needs. In Private Practice I am not constrained by agency productivity, thus I have the ability to be fully present for my clients, giving them the time and respect they deserve.
I look forward to talking to you and it will be the greatest honor of my life to walk your path with you.
